Construction paper
Crayons or colored pencils
Scissors
Instructions
Cut a strip of paper and a circle that is bigger than the strip of paper.
You can keep the circle round like a smiley face or you can cut it into a shape.
In the example video it is cut into the shape of a cats head.
Fold the circle (or cat's head or whatever shape you chose) in half and make two parallel cuts that are long enough for your strip of paper to slide through.
On the strip of paper, draw different expressions or "faces."
Insert the strip of paper through the slits you just cut.
When you slide the strip of paper from left to right through your circle, the faces will appear on your circle.
