About the movie:
This movie marks the return of some of our favorite characters in movies; the monsters Sully and Mike. Pixar brings back a number of other familiar characters in the movie as well such as Randall, Henry J. Waternoose, and even the Abominable Snowman. The film is directed by Dan Scanlon who worked as an animator for Disney and then as a story artist on Cars and Toy Story 3.
The story takes place around ten years before the movie Monsters, Inc. In Monsters University Sully is 18 years-old and Mike is 17. They meet in monster college where they learn how to be scary and become best friends.
